Our Story

Wells Gibson was founded by managing director Jonathan Gibson in 2016 and has since grown organically, anchored by the principles of authenticity, transparency, partnership and innovation.

Jonathan named the company in honour of his late grandfather, James Wells Gibson, and insurance advisor father, Terry Wells Gibson. Both men played a significant role in helping guide Jonathan’s early career in banking and financial services and also showed him that becoming successful does not mean sacrificing integrity.

Based in Dundee, our independent multi-award winning firm provides a face-to-face, highly personal service to our clients across Scotland and in the north of England.
